A Natural Approach to a Healthy Digestive Tract -- New Research on H. Pylori/Mastic Gum
Conclusion and References

by Jim English and Ward Dean, MD -- reprinted by permission from Vitamin Research

Conclusion
Mastic gum is an affordable and safe natural supplement that has implications associated with H. pylori and peptic and duodenal ulcers.  H. pylori is linked with gastrointestinal inflammation (gastritis) and gastric and duodenal ulcers.  Research also shows H. pylori as an agent for development of gastric stomach canc.  Gum mastic, because of its association with H. pylori, may provide clues for cancs of the stomach.
