CCME stands for L-Carnitine

To correct an absolute relative l-carnitine deficiency

L-Carnitine recommended dosage: two to six capsules per day on an empty stomach.

Other ingredients:  silica, magnesium stearate, gelatin, and water.

Caution:  For some people, L-carnitine, especially acetyl-L-carnatine, may have a stimulating effect.  Therefore, it may be unwise to take it in the evening.
