The most effective form of vanadium is vanadyl sulfate, which is well assimilated by the digestive system.

Supplement Facts:  Serving Size: 1 tablet.  Servings Per Container: 100

Other ingredients:  Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, and pharmaceutical glaze.

Dose and Use:  One tablet daily is suggested, or as directed by physician.

Caution:  Do not experiment with Vanadyl sulfate (vanadium) products unless you have a glucose meter to monitor your blood glucose.  Vanadyl sulfate (vanadium) is a nutrient that can be toxic in doses only slightly greater than beneficial ones.  Those who take more than 15 mg daily of Vanadyl sulfate (vanadium) for more than one year risk kidney toxicity.
